My husband and I are very cynical about realtors but Val is exceptional at what she does. We met her at an open house and had a very good feeling from the start. She never pressured us for time and we didn’t talk financials until we were comfortable. We were under very loose time constraints to purchase our next home and she really took the time to know what was important for our family and focused our efforts over 8 months to help us find our dream home. She was very knowledgable about the neighborhoods and schools in the Oak Park/Agoura/Westlake/Calabasas areas and we came to really value her opinion. The escrow and loan process was emotional and stressful but she held our hands through it and we closed on time. Val is very easy to work with, pleasant but tough when needed, honest, extremely professional and always had our best interest in mind.
2 years later, I’d like to add that I knew nothing about Oak Park and was thoroughly entrenched with Westside living. But we wanted to make a change for our family and get out of the city but had no idea where to go. So now, 2 years later I have to say that we couldn’t be happier living here. It’s EXACTLY what we were looking for and have to give Val so much credit for facilitating what we wanted and needed into the home we have now.
